Good hotel with proper room service.Don't have a restaurant but provides food in the room. We had checked out at 12noon but they were good enough to provide us a small room for some extra time so that we could catch the train

I stayed here on 21st Jan night . It is 5 minutes walk frm New delhi railway station. I was alone for business trip so this was suitable for me. Room was ok. I did not have any food here except tea which was ok

Stayed one night in this hotel. Its is a big budget hotel. Comfortable rooms with good facilities. The hotel has a restaurant with north Indian and south Indian cuisine. We reached the hotel in late night, but they prepared dinner based on our request even though they we were to late. The food is very tasty. Hotel is very close to Delhi railway railway station. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. The hotel need proper maintenance and upgrade.

hi there, i would like to share my experience during my india trip with my wife(not indian) and her family. We stayed in hotel chanchal continental for more than a week and booked 4family rooms and one room for us,we were happy with the hotel and the services until our real bad experiene with the tour and travel desk guy Mr Gupta who has a desk at hotel lobby, he is a money monger and will promise you good services and wont provide them, and will ask you for more later, he is not to be trust with anything and please stay away from that travel desk, there are a lot more travel agent which are better and nicer in that area, i would like to personally inform the owner of the hotel about what personally happened during our trip as i want them to know what kind of person they have allowed to do business there, also there were 2 guys working there in shifts at reception out of which one guy i guess he was from kerela was very helpful and he tried helpin us, on the contrary the other guys who looked like from north india was very cunning as well, i wanted to extend my stay at the hotel due to change of plan and he offered more price then which i got online, on the top when my wife went to change dollars at the reception he gave the rate of 1$=65 where in the rate that day was 71-72, and when my wife asked why, he told its late at night? damn i mean is that even a reason, so she didnt change the money and next day she got 71rs. This kind of things we dont expect from the hotel and its staff to do with there guests, i myself work for hospitality industry and this kind of behaviour is strictly not acceptable anywhere at all. I am writing a long feedback for the hotel to know what had happened and my fellow traveller who are planning there delhi trip to be aware of things there. enjoy india cheers

I had booked this hotel through Yatra , it was average expensive and so my expectations were high especially after reading the reviews and seeing the photos. When we got there , we were denied checkin. Ha! At 12 PM at night I am sitting at the reception cursing Yatra and fighting the manager. That manager should be fired. He was so rude and when we asked for refund he said talk to owner I am just manager. If you cant handle customer issues are you sitting at reception to count notes? So unprofessional. Would advice against choosing this hotel.
